Christian Ronaldo escapes prison time for not paying his taxes by cutting a deal with prosecutors. Ronaldo is a free man after agreeing to pay fines of €18.8m (£16.6m). All the court debacle which saw the soccer star facing years in prison appears to come down to human greed. Ronaldo’s lawyers argued that it was all a misunderstanding of what was and was not required under Spanish law.

Carmelo Anthony’s stock are not longer highly valuable, and it’s proven in his frequent trades of late. It appears no one sees Carmelo as an asset as they once did. Anthony’s stock has fallen greatly over the years. Anthony was once ranked as part of the NBA elite but clearly not anymore.
