Cardi B Wins Defamation Court Case Against Blogger; Blogger Ordered To Pay In The Millions

Now what! Cardi B won a $4 million dollar judgement against a Youtuber blogger(Tasha K) who reportedly just could not apparently keep her mouth shut in saying nasty, false things about the rapper. The rapper successfully presented her defamation case court. It’s now a wonder if Cardi will ever see any of that $4 million dollars in her bank account.

Its believed that Tasha K is raking in the million dollar bracket yearly off of her YouTube channel- which sets her at 1 million subscribers. The case against Tasha K: Cardi said in court that the blogger distributed lies about her saying that she was a prostitute, living with sexually transmitted diseases and doing drugs.

Tasha K(above, right) clearly could not defend her case successfully in court; hence Cardi winning a $4 million judgement. Now, Cardi has been awarded a reported $4 million dollars, which is includes attorney fees, medical cost, and general allegedly for pain and suffering.

Tasha is said to be looking to appeal the court’s decision. Cardi who took to the stand in her case against the blogger testified in saying how the blogger made her feel, and what she thought of the person:

I felt extremely suicidal. Only an evil person could do that shit.

Cardi’s lawsuit in regards to the alleged bashing of the rapper’s sexual life and claims she is a drug users among other things responded in court saying:

None of the aforementioned statements about plaintiff are true. Plaintiff was never a prostitute or a user of cocaine. Plaintiff has never, and does not now, have herpes, nor has she had herpes outbreaks on her mouth.

Cardi also went onto saying in court that she felt dead inside, depressed and didn’t want to make love to her husband in addition to other things, due to the rumors that was being spread about her by her Tasha K.
