Trump Out: Biden In As President

President Donald Trump is now out of the public life as President of the United States, and Joe Biden is in as your new leader of the free world. The shift in leadership is a refresher for many Americans to get used to from years of insults, self compliments and racist behavior from Trump.

Biden and his vice presidential pick, Kamala Harris were sworn in today. Biden is now the 46th president of the United States at 78 years old. Harris made history as the first female and black woman to serve as vice president. She is 56 years old. The inauguration of Biden was something never seen before in a world ravished by the Coronavirus pandemic.

And, then there is Trump who was sour to having lost to Biden, and refused to show attend Biden’s inaugural. Trump stamps himself in history on the negative side for many things. The decision to not attend Biden’s inaugural is another history maker by Trump. In 150 years Trump is the first president to  attend a presidential inaugural in change of powers. However, many Americans say they quickly felt a shift in energy to that of positivity in the country as Biden took over as leader of the nation. The day was expected to be a bloody.

President Obama congratulating Biden on Twitter said:

Congratulation to my friend, @joeBiden! This is your time.
